The first row is the long neck Plesiosaurs Scientific name is Thalassomedon Haningtoni. These fossils are found today in western Kansas and South Dakota .They lived during the Mesozoic ERA .These are extinct marine reptile Not a dinosaur they can be 20 feet to 42 feet and are air breathing. | The next 9 photographs are of the Trilobites one of the first animal to develop eyes legs segmented protective shells,antennae,gills mouth. They cruised the sea floor feeding on organic debris. All Trilobites are now extinct. The molted there shell to grow. The last two photo's are of the photo's of the fossil Trilobite are the extra large kind.. It was about 4 foot in size. |

Some are of the fossil and what it looked like when it was alive if it was not extinct. It was a very large fish. As you can see the head was hard bone. One very large fish for sure. |

| Photo's six row,photo's 4 and 5 are of the Protoceratops, which means "first horned face". Protoceratops is from the Upper Cretaceous period. About 100 million years ago. Fossilized skulls of this dinosaur with a bird-like beak have been unearthed in the Gobi desert. Protoceratops looks like the Greek legend griffin was a medium-sized creature, half lion and half eagle. Was said too protect gold in the Altai Mountains of the Gobi Desert. Griffin was an imaginary creature. |
